Logistics Supervisor

South Mississippi- $$D.O.E

To ensure all product made is handled carefully, stored correctly and shipped properly.

Responsibilities:

1.     Ensure all equipment is in proper working shape and is inspected daily.

2.     Oversee the handling, storage and loading of pipes.

3.     Train all employees working under supervision as per procedure for training and competency and evaluate their performance prior to assigning job.

4.     Ensure safety of employee working under supervision and report if any near miss, safety incidence and potential hazardous area.

5.     Ensure product is handled per MPS standards.

Ensure consumable and spares are available to perform the work.

Qualifications:

1.     Fully conversant with operation of all transportation equipment.

2.     Good knowledge of SAP, Microsoft suit – Word and Excel.

3.     Excellent supervisory skill.

Ability to handle client & Third party inspector, production and logistics, therefore good communication skill is required.

High School diploma or GED
